Rules

Location and availability

Usually I host out of my luxury apartment in the Denny Triangle neighborhood of Seattle with two human-loving cats. But I’m also excited to visit you at a hotel or a private residence — just cover my Uber both ways if you are not Downtown.

Regardless of where our paths cross, I value longer engagements and prioritize them over shorter ones, and prefer planning in advance over same day meetings.

Payments

Cash, CashApp, Venmo, BTC, or ETH.

NB: I do not accept PayPal or bank transfers.

Deposits

A deposit of 20% is required for new friends in Seattle, and always for tours. If you are not in Seattle area and would like to fly me to you, the deposit is 50% + FMTY fee paid upfront.

Cancellations

If you cancel our date more than 48 hours before we were supposed to meet, I will be happy to apply your deposit towards a future date. Otherwise, you will have to pay a new deposit in order to book again. I’ll refund your deposit if I have to cancel.

Grandfathering

If I raised my rates since we last met, you are welcome to visit me again at my former rates. This privilege is only for those who’ve seen me at least once within 6 months.
